What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or configurator we process your name, email address, phone number, country, your message and the configuration you send. We use this only to answer your request, send the brochure or proposal you asked for and plan sea trials or yard visits. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) or, for the newsletter, your consent.
Sharing
We only share your request with third parties where this is needed to answer it, for example a transport or insurance specialist you ask us to involve. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for a maximum of two years after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by emailing us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
